DEI IS DEAD
Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion are beautiful words that should have been used to bring people together; instead, those words were used as weapons to attack people, which led to greater mistrust and wider cultural divides. #racismstinks partnership with law enforcement is to promote racial healing. It is helpful for citizens to know that their police officers appreciate the beauty of multiculturalism with a basic understanding and respect for people of every culture that they are sworn to protect and serve. With this strong partnership with law enforcement, we are rebuilding trust in every community through genuine connections at family-friendly events. Our “real not woke” approach is the invitation for all who believe our communities are stronger and safer when we respect each other and work together.

BECOME AN ALLY
An ally is someone who is more than a non-racist person, an ally is a person who takes part in activities actively working to demolish racism. An ally is not a spectator, an ally knows they’re not a savior but a supporter taking direction from the directly effected. An ally takes proactive steps to challenge racism in their sphere of influence and beyond.
